The Data Science Ruhrgebiet Congress 2026 will take place on September 24: play an active role in shaping the program - submit your proposal now!

We are looking for contributions on the following and related topics:

• AI Use Cases: whether AI Agents, CV applications or classical ML algorithms. Showcase your challenges and AI solutions
• AI research: what is the AI of tomorrow? Present the latest research results in the field of AI
• Data Engineering: organizing data in an efficient way is the basis for successful AI applications. Tell us about best practices
• Automatization: DevOps, MLOps, DataOps, ... - automatization and optimization is the key for sustainable AI solutions.
• Data driven company: data-driven mindset, processes and workflows.

and many other exciting approaches to data science.

Deadlines:
- March 8, 2026: Submission deadline (there will be no extension of the deadline!)
- March 16, 2026: Notification of acceptance
- September 24, 2026: Congress

Quick guide to submitting:

The following information can/must be provided on the first page of the form:

• Title of the submission
• Type of submission: presentation or poster
• Language: German or English
• Abstract (1500 characters)
• An image for the abstract (optional): additional images can be added after submission.
• If there are two speakers (optional): Email address of the second speaker. He/she will receive an email with access information to the submission tool for entering his/her details.

The following information can/must be provided on the second page of the form:

• Names of additional authors (optional): Not necessarily the same as the speakers!
• Company logo

On the third page of the form, you will be asked to log in or create an account.

On the fourth page of the form, the following information can/must be provided:

• Your name
• Your photo
• Short biography of all speakers (max. 1500 characters)

Submissions close on 2026-03-08 23:59 (Europe/Berlin), 1 month, 2 weeks from now.
